I am an MD. My cholesterol was 214
before I started the TQI Diet. In early
January it was 174! My cardiologist
was floored that the diet alone was
capable of that. We were taught in
Med School that even a no-fat diet
could only drop it 10% at best. I am

Diet: 10 lbs weight loss (back to my

A SUSTAINABLE WAY TO EAT!
The TQI Diet is very sustainable
and I have stayed close to the
elimination phase because I find
that the ill effects of leaving the
